Catalog or website information – MonoSystems reserves the right to update any publishing error in its catalogs or any of its websites. Custom Product

Customer may order custom or made to order products created to the customer's specifications. MonoSystems is not responsible for verifying or confirming the accuracy of specifications provided by customer to MonoSystems for Custom Products. All Custom Products are sold on a "FINAL SALE" basis only, and no cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed.

Order Cancellation

All product order cancellations must be approved by MonoSystems, and may be subject to restocking fees and other charges.

Product Return

Product return requests must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. Customer must contact MonoSystems' headquarters for return instructions and authorization. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition and may be subject to restocking fees and other charges. MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS IS EXCLUDED FROM RETURN.
